About Us

A purpose-driven consultancy committed to advancing nonprofit organizations across Canada.

KDP Consulting Inc. is a trusted advisor to Canada’s nonprofit sector

Known for delivering practical, results-driven solutions that strengthen organizations and expand their impact, ultimately we help to cultivate their resilience and adaptability.

For more than a decade, we’ve partnered with grassroots community groups, charities, nonprofits, universities, and corporate foundations to tackle complex challenges, plan for sustainable futures, and build the internal capacity needed to thrive. We’re committed to building a more responsive, equitable nonprofit sector through our work with Black, Indigenous, LGBTQ2A+, Hispanic, and Newcomer communities and other organizations. Our work spans coast to coast to coast, grounded in a deep understanding of the sector’s realities and the ability to turn insight into action that lasts.

At KDP Consulting Inc., we’re embracing the opportunities that artificial intelligence brings to the nonprofit sector—not as a passing trend, but as a powerful set of tools that can help organizations work smarter, faster, and with greater impact. We’re actively learning and testing AI platforms to understand their real-world applications, from streamlining operations and enhancing fundraising insights to supporting better decision-making. Just as important, we’re exploring the ethics, governance, and responsible use of AI to ensure these technologies strengthen, rather than compromise, the values and trust that are at the heart of the nonprofit sector.
